Great news at last! :)

I have just found out that I was chosen to attend the ISSP in Latvia [link] where I will be listening to lectures from Mehmet Kismet of Turkey. His work can be seen at Istanbul centre of photography [link] and Leica Gallery in Frankfurt.

We will be photographing in B&W, film and his workshop is called THE LIGHT IN THE URBAN LANDSCAPE. Apparently we will develop/print our own rolls of film.... hmmmm :/ we'll have to wait and see how that goes...

You can probably tell that I am excited. I am, even so much so, that I completely forgot to write down that I have, after much thought, consideration etc. made a step into digital photography and am now a proud owner of an EOS 4oD. Let's hope it lasts some time ;) I can note just the greatest advantages for me in digital photography: flexibility, versatility and speed....

well, i'm off to work... see ya all later....

p.s. i guess my gallery will get a significant boost in volume this summer.... :excited:
